This place not only stands out for its truly special design, but also for its impressive quality food. The value for money is excellent, with seasonal produce cooked with great care. The flavors are incredibly well-crafted: we were blown away by the dry saltxitxa and almond croquette, a spectacular deconstruction, executed to perfection. We also tried the "Bomba," and the meat was cooked to perfection, so tender it melted in your mouth. The potato omelet, a classic, is a must-try if you go. We were eager to try "La Carnicera," a very original take on the marinera that has nothing to do with the traditional dish. In short: a place with creative, delicious dishes and excellent service from the team. 100% recommended.

A must-visit for food lovers. When you see the menu, you don't even know what to order! And when you try the dishes, you could eat the whole menu... beyond the exquisite omelet, you find in each dish a well-crafted, well-crafted, and creative cuisine. It's the fruit of a blend of culinary styles and cultures that aren't improvised and that are evident in every bite. Tavern very different from what we are used to in Murcia, we lowered the rating for the atmosphere because we thought it was a somewhat noisy place, that is the only possible drawback. The food and the service are magnificent, those gildas are tremendous and very forceful, I liked that tavern atmosphere with Duralex crockery and glassware, they give you great recommendations and the service is super attentive. The delicious mini sandwiches, the tomato one stands out a lot, it is surprising.

The value for money is very good, as the portions are large and very reasonably priced. The waiters are very friendly and willing to give you any recommendations. We will definitely return!

We went on a recommendation. The place is small but cozy, perhaps a little annoying when it gets busy due to the noise of the crowd. The service and attention were very good. The owner has adapted the food to his hometown; he's from the North and his travels. We followed his advice and tried different tapas, highlighting the pastrami sandwich, which was delicious, and the cauliflower. Good value.

I recently visited Mapa Tavern, a culinary gem that, despite its sober and simple decoration, pleasantly surprised me with the quality of its food and the warmth of the attention of its owner, Miguel. Let's start with the stars of the menu: the potato omelette with onion and the patatas bravas. The tortilla was a masterpiece of texture and flavor, perfectly balanced between juicy and firm, with the caramelized onion providing a sweet touch that contrasted wonderfully. On the other hand, the patatas bravas were a festival of spicy and crunchy flavors that left a pleasant memory on the palate. The tapas assortment was not far behind. The gilda, with its combination of salty and spicy flavors, was an exquisite snack. The buffalo wings, juicy and well seasoned, melted in your mouth. And the ramen tapa, unexpected in a tavern, was a pleasant surprise, a flavor that transported me. However, not everything was perfect. The pastrami tapa failed to meet my expectations. Although it was of good quality, it lacked that unique touch that made the other dishes shine. And the cauliflower bites, although an interesting option for vegetable lovers, were not up to par with the rest of the menu. But these small details do not tarnish the overall experience. Map Taberna is a place that deserves to be visited at least once in a lifetime. It is a testament to how simplicity and quality can go hand in hand, creating a memorable dining experience. If you pass through Murcia capital, do not hesitate to stop by this tavern, a place where each dish tells a story and where the passion for good food is felt in every bite.
